Fulham QS Consultants were appointed as the Procurement Consultants on this Tender for an Action Plan for Greystones 2020.

This project consisted of preparing all relevant consultant tender documentation under the GCC Contracts.

The scheme consists of developing a plan for the most effective, management and enhancement of the towns public realm, with particular reference to the following: approaches and gateways to town; public space network; connectivity and permeability; parking and traffic; legibility and manoeuvrability; signage and wayfinding; history and heritage; tourist destination; parking, traffic 7 public transport.

 

A consultant has now been appointed and designs are on-going.
