Fulham QS Consultants were appointed as the Commercial Consultants on this large Flood Defence Scheme in Bray, Co. Wicklow.

This scheme consisted of widening and deepening the river channel and providing containment structures where necessary in the form of embankments and retaining walls. The scheme gives protection for the one in a hundred-year storm.

 

Fulham QS Consultants were in charge of all procurement, interim applications, change order value for money assessments and the final account.
