Fulham QS Consultants are involved in all levels of procurement using all types of projects. We are proficient in the Government Tender Process (GCCC) having worked on dozens of consultancy and construction projects.
The success of any project is quite often driven from the choice of contract and procurement strategy selected by the advisors. Our team are well versed in guiding our clients down the appropriate procurement route and therefore minimising the risk. Public sector projects must comply with transparency and fairness rules, which are strictly enforced by the Government Procurement Agency and our team are again well trained in managing these for any government funded agency.

ABOUT US
Fulham Quantity Surveying Consultants was founded in 2013 by Colin Fulham, who left Ireland’s largest Building Contractors (John Sisk and Son Ltd) to build his own company. Colin has over 25 years experience working for both contractors and private practices in the UK and Ireland.
Colin believes that by having a workplace that recognises and nurtures diversity, it cultivates a sense of belonging. This in turn, sustains retention, drives recruitment and creates a profitable, high-performance work environment. This philosophy has contributed to the continued success of Fulham QS Consultants over the last 8 years. Ultimately, it is our clients that are the main beneficiaries of this approach.
